By creating a KAI2 account, purchasing a plan, or using our hosting and website services, you agree to these terms.
Services
KAI2 provides managed website hosting and professional build services. Monthly fees cover hosting, managed updates, backups, security, and the content edits included with your plan. One-time setup fees cover the initial professional site build.
Billing
Monthly plans are billed each month and renew automatically until cancelled. Annual plans are billed yearly. Setup and one-time fees are charged at purchase. Prices are in USD. You're responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.
Domains
Domains registered or transferred through KAI2 are registered in your name and are yours to keep. You're responsible for renewals after any included period. If you connect a domain registered elsewhere, you remain responsible for that registration and its DNS.
Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel monthly hosting at any time; service continues through the paid period. Setup and one-time build fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Domain registrations are non-refundable once registered.
Your responsibilities & acceptable use
You're responsible for the content you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not use our services for illegal content, spam, malware, infringement, or activities that harm other users or our infrastructure. We may suspend services that violate these terms.
Availability & liability
We work to keep services reliable and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
